Our Board of Directors was created to provide a balanced representation from each of the towns we provide service to as well as members from the membership.

Elections to the Board of Directors occurs each year in January.  If you would be interested in an opportunity to serve on the Board and contribute to the management of our service, please contact the Chairman, James Hicks at the email address above.  Occasionally, some members of the Board leave midterm and that creates a vacancy, so if you are interested, you don’t have to wait until January to express an interest. We will hold onto your name and information in case an opening occurs.  Thank you.
